Overview of Sponsorship at Cuscal
Cuscal pursues sponsorship opportunities that clearly enhance the brand by helping reiterate our position as the leading business-to-business provider of wholesale and transactional banking services to financial institutions, non-bank lenders and over 150 credit unions and building societies.

Cuscal partners with various organisations in a range of activities that reflect our brand values and communicate these to our existing and potential customers in a meaningful way.

Selection & Criteria
To ensure that our sponsorships obtain maximum value, key criteria have been developed to evaluate all current and future opportunities.

All requests will be evaluated based on:

  • Alignment with Cuscal's brand values.
  • Target audience - the fit of the sponsorship with our customers.
  • Business opportunities it may present - supply of services, acquisition of new customers.
  • Existing commitments.
  • Available budget.

All sponsorship requests must be received in writing and require a minimum of 3 months lead-time.

The Events & Sponsorship Manager will assess all proposals received and respond within three weeks.

Cuscal will not consider proposals involving:

  • Individuals.
  • Political or religious organisations.
  • Hazardous activities - motor sports, air shows.
  • Activities that involve support from tobacco companies, gambling linked activities; and activities regarded as high risk.
  • Sponsorships that may be construed as racially prejudiced or otherwise discriminatory.
  • Activities where there is insufficient lead-time to prepare for the event.
