  • Craig Kennedy

    Craig Kennedy is Managing Director of Cuscal and has been a director of the Board since December 2008. He is also an ex officio member of the Board Risk and Board Governance Committees.

    Prior to his role with Cuscal he served as Chief Executive Officer of Espreon Ltd. until November 25, 2008 and its Managing Director from July 26, 2004 to November 25, 2008. Craig served as Head of Direct Banking at ING and was also a Director of ING, and he worked extensively in the financial services industry since the late - 1980s at companies including St George Bank, Advance Bank Australia Ltd and State Bank of New South Wales.

  • Tom Taylor

    CFO and GM - Corporate Services

    Tom Taylor joined Cuscal as CFO in 2001 and is also the GM of Corporate Services.

    He has over 25 years of experience working in building societies, retail banks, insurance, funds management, treasury, corporate banking and superannuation.

    During the events and course of his career, Tom has been instrumental in a number of significant transactions including the first demutualisation of a building society and IPO in Australia, obtaining a number of bank licenses in Australia and overseas, business and assets acquisitions, sales of business and organising extensive global funding and securitisation programmes.

    Tom is also a Director of CUE Super.

  • Phil Hurley

    General Manager, Customers

    Phil has been with Cuscal since 1993 and is currently General Manager, Customers and has previously held executive positions with responsibility for planning, projects, management systems and assurance.

    Before joining Cuscal, Phil held senior management positions with Challenge Bank Limited.

  • David Heine

    GM - Product and Operations

    David Heine has been with Cuscal since 1999. As General Manager of Product and Operations, David is responsible for all product management, operations, and supplier management functions. These activities support a full range of transactional and balance sheet products including securitisation, financial markets and treasury.

    David has more than 14 years' experience in the financial services industry and has also worked for Deutsche Funds Management and Deutsche Life. David has been a Credit Union Financial Support System (CUFSS) Director since 2004, a Board Director of the Australian Payments Clearing Association (APCA) since 2007 and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

  • Angela Donohoe

    CIO and General Manager, Business Technology & Project Services

    Angela has been responsible for overall management of BTS and has been successful in building the division's reputation for strategic thinking, leading-edge implementation and ability to deliver against Cuscal's business-led IT Strategy. Under Angela's leadership, BTS has focused on Cuscal and its customers' technology needs into the future.

    Prior to joining CUSCAL, Angela held a variety of senior management roles in the banking and finance industry, including Société Généralé and Bank of New York. An early career in corporate regulation with the NSW Government provided Angela with valuable exposure to the financial services industry and the role of governance in business.

  • Adrian Lovney

    General Manager, General Manager, Strategy, People & Performance

    Adrian is responsible for overseeing the development of Cuscal's corporate and divisional strategic plans, as well as reporting regularly on progress to date. His division's goal is to drive a stronger alignment between strategy, planning, people and corporate communication in order to develop a strong culture and leadership that delivers on Cuscal's brand promise and long-term business strategy.

    The division also works with the other areas within Cuscal, specifically Product & Operations and Customers, to identify, explore and evaluate future revenue opportunities.

    Adrian's previous role as Chief Executive of Abacus Australian Mutuals saw him lead the association committed to the support and promotion of mutual credit unions and building societies, with particular emphasis on high profile lobbying and advocacy activities at political, government and regulatory levels.

    Before joining Cuscal, Adrian spent a number of years providing policy and program advice to the Queensland Government departments of Premier and Cabinet and in human services portfolios.
