As part of Cuscal's approach to delivering cost-effective and efficient services, Direct Entry (DE) has been upgraded to replace some manual processes with an online service .
DE Online offers a simple and streamlined process for manual lodgments and submission of dishonours. DE Online eliminates the need for confirmation calls and faxes to Cuscal's call centre. Daily return reports and status tracking can be viewed and matched online. DE Online is available to customers for free.
Roberta Kerr, Manager of Business Systems Technology at Defence Force Credit Union said: "The new DE Online System is very easy to use and allows us to confirm that the file has been received without the need for numerous emails, giving us piece of mind. We're impressed with the look of the new system as it's extremely user-friendly."
"It's simple to work with, as it takes a lot of the unnecessary bulk out of the old lodgment forms. We found that the changeover to the new system was straightforward and allowed for all of our team to quickly pick up the new process without a lot of specialist training. This was a major benefit for all involved," she said.
