Cuscal’s Trust Management service makes management and processing of your securitisation portfolio much easier - offering value-added services at no additional charge.

These services include:

• Reporting on portfolio performance and calculation/preparation of monthly payment distribution to ensure that all stakeholders are paid correctly and on-time.
• Liaison with the Trustee, funders, ratings agency and mortgage insurance providers is undertaken by Integris to ensure the streamlined operation of client securitisation.

Because securitised loan data is automatically downloaded from client core banking systems on a daily basis Integris is able to provide these services in a maintenance-free way for our clients.
