Cuscal Client Service Portal Terms & Conditions
As an Authorised User of the Cuscal Client Service Portal, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions in relation to your use of the Cuscal Client Service Portal:
(a) comply with any reasonable directions of Cuscal;
(b) not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Cuscal Client Service Portal or use another person’s name, Authorised User ID, Token or Password;
(c) not tamper with, hinder the operation of, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or make unauthorised modifications to the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(d) not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment used by the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(e) not remove, disable or modify any security, antivirus or other software on the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(f) not change any administration settings on any part of the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(g) keep all Passwords, Authorised User IDs, Tokens, and other log in identifications required to access the Cuscal Client Service Portal secure and confidential and not reveal these to any other person;
(h) not use the Cuscal Client Service Portal in any way:
i. which violates or infringes upon the rights of any third party;
ii. which is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law;
iii. which violates any applicable local, state, national or international laws, regulation, regulatory guideline or judicial or administrative interpretation relevant or applicable to the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(i) ensure that its access to and use of the Cuscal Client Service Portal will not be in breach of or jeopardise compliance with any relevant standard or guideline in respect to compliance, including, but not limited to, PCI Security Standards.
You must advise Cuscal immediately if you:
(a) become aware of any delays or errors in the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(b) believe that there has been fraudulent or improper use of the Cuscal Client Service Portal;
(c) become aware or suspect that a Password or Authorised User ID has become known to a person who is unauthorised to use or know the Password or Authorised User ID; or
(d) become aware of any activity that might indicate that there may be a compromise or breach of the Cuscal Client Service Portal.
